Best personal training experience ever. Meni makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a trainer then Meni is the man for you! Functional training and strength building has been such a blessing for my chronic back pain. I definitely recommend you give it a try.
this is an awesome gym to workout, with excellent equipment and a trainer that cares and would dedicate his time to get you stronger
