I just spent a few hours here and I really like this gym. I think my only complaint is that the plates and weight organization is just nonexistent. But otherwise? It has some great equipment, in particular, Atlantis and Panatta.
I’ve trained at a few different gyms, and Fitness 365 stands out because of the equipment. If you know good machines, you’ll know exactly what I mean. The muscle contraction, the pump, and the overall feel are much better than what you’ll find at most commercial gyms. The members are friendly, the environment is motivating, and being open 24/7 makes it easy to stay consistent. Definitely recommend it if you enjoy training.
Since I’ve moved to Toronto and after trying a lot of different gyms, Fitness 365 has become my new home. It’s a place where I feel comfortable, welcome and safe. Besides the best machines it’s a friendly environment specially for women. I couldn’t recommend a better gym in the area!
