I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since November 2025 due to an international relocation. I provided valid proof multiple times, but the gym rejected my documentation for months and continued billing me even after I left the country. I eventually provided a second set of relocation documents on January 30, 2026, which they finally accepted — but now they are trying to bill me another month because they delayed the process. Decent gym with friendly staff and clean bathrooms, but after canceling my membership they charged my card ten times. That alone ruined the experience. Do not recommend.

The worst gym to join. It’s always packed. The traffic is horrible to get in and out. They charge you an annual fee but don’t remind the consumer of this fee being charged. I contacted them the same day I was charged to cancel my membership and ask the charge to be removed I was told they couldn’t. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. How can you charge me and I canceled my membership the same day I was charged. I won’t be attending the gym this year. Total rip off!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM!!
