This place is always overly packed everytime i go .also got an bmi done seem like the guy could only tell me all the wrong things instead of ways to help very discouraging only seem like they want u to sign up with trainer last bmi i got done had a wonderful expierence she was very informative on what i needed to do and what i didnt need to do .guy name hulk didnt have the same experience very discouraging .
I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 2 weeks. They finally replied to my email today. I was originally told I have to go to the gym to cancel. Once at the gym they said I have to call or email billing. I sent an email twice. It says wait up to 7 days for a response. We joined the gym last year in Spring. But they said I have to put in a 30 day notice after the year is up. Yet they’re saying I have to pay til September 11th. It’s July 23, 2025. So why are they not canceling it August 23rd?
