The cancelation process is an absolute joke! Read the fine print in EVERYTHING and make sure you cancel everything 10x just to be sure! Misinformed by the staff and Peak Payment Solutions weren't clear either. Watch your card statements as you'll be charged monthly even after cancelation.
Great customer service, easy accessibility, easy on boarding, thorough bmi screening. All around great gym.
