Fitness 2.0 has changed my life! I found Fitness 2.0 after my doctor told me I needed to do some strength training. After being with James and his team for 2.5 years and I could not be more happy with the results. Today I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been. James and his team are great coaches. They engage, challenge, and motivate us at every session. If you are looking to improve you health and fitness, this is a great place to be.
I have been a client for almost 3 years and still love it! I used to dread going to the gym. I would sit in the parking lot at a local “super gym” and try to “will” myself to walk through the doors.
