I just took a stretch class with Keith through ClassPass and WOW. I feel so FREE. Like Mr. Fantastic from Fantastic 4. I was really nervous to come here as I haven’t worked out since before college (4 years ago +1 for my master’s!), I’m very overweight, and I have a gigantic fear of the gym. I thought a nice stretch class would ease me into being able to work up the strength to hit the gym, and that was definitely the case!
