I just took a stretch class with Keith through ClassPass and WOW. I feel so FREE. Like Mr. Fantastic from Fantastic 4. I was really nervous to come here as I haven’t worked out since before college (4 years ago +1 for my master’s!), I’m very overweight, and I have a gigantic fear of the gym. I thought a nice stretch class would ease me into being able to work up the strength to hit the gym, and that was definitely the case! Training sessions are better than any PT I ever had. Place is spotless, and professional. Location is convenient.
Absolutely worth it for the week membership when I'm home with family. Great setup and easy.
