This isn’t a review of the facility, which is more than fine. This is a review of the customer service, which is not good. The manager on duty was extremely curt and completely unwilling to negotiate the pricing of a temporary membership, despite my family (and myself) having been members for many years prior to my moving. I have been a paying member for six years and I also go to the amazing Green Lotus Yoga studio(not affiliated with fitness 19) and I am disappointed in the equipment at Fitness 19 that is either out of order temporarily, or missing parts such as the rubber on the handles of elliptical. Class it up a bit fitness 19. At least have working equipment. There are only two of the elliptical manchines that I use in your Lakeville gym and one is out of order. Time to end my contract. I had a very good 2 years at this gym, but when I attempted to suspend my membership so I would pay a reduced rate when I was away at college, they charged me full price for 3 months despite the contract I signed, and then after visiting the gym and calling 5 times total my money was still not refunded, and the manager was very unhelpful and rude about the situation. They have a very difficult time opening in the mornings and just posting hours on the door instead of emailing clients when they change hours I had no idea they were going to open a hour later then they didn’t show up on time. Very disappointing happened several times this year and it’s only February.
