Small neighborhood gym. Workout and go. They offer machines and free weights. Great helpful staff (find Zack). NOT a meat market ! Great for lunchtime or after work workout. No frills, just a place to get back in shape !
we purchased a membership with the promise of cancellation in 5 days if we desired. My wife was unsure because they have no showers. So when we returned the next day to get our money back, we were told it would be returned in 10 days. It has been 30 days and still trying to get it back!.
Love it... Best place!! Friendly people.. Great price.
The staff is wonderful. They are curteous, and can answer any questions you ask of them.
great gym, atmosphere, and great trainers
I like all of the support I get from the Fitness 19 staff here. Also, the individual strength training sessions from personal trainer James Horton. When I joined Fitness 19 I did not have any goals in mind. I weighed almost 300 pounds, and now I weigh 175 pounds!!
I like the easy access to the facility, and when you walk in to the gym, your in the gym. Quick get in, get out, and go on with your day.
