I’ve been working out at Fitness 19 for a while now, and overall, it’s been a solid experience. The gym is clean, well-lit, and has a relaxed, no-pressure vibe that’s perfect whether you're just starting out or more advanced in your fitness journey. They’ve got a decent variety of equipment—plenty of cardio machines, free weights, and resistance machines. During peak hours it can get a little busy, but I’ve rarely had to wait long for anything.
