The biceps curl machine at Fitness 19 is always clean and well-maintained. I’ve used similar machines at other gyms that feel awkward or uncomfortable or the seat moves when you do. This one has a smooth motion and is definitely one of my favorites at Fitness 19 The incline press machine is clean, sturdy, and really comfortable to use aswell. I love all the machines here. Fitness 19 has been a gym i have been consistently attending for a few years now and it has been my favorite. I enjoy how its a nice comfortable space thats not too big and there is almost no wait for machines. These two photos are my favorite machines because I feel the most stretch in my chest and back from these machines.
