horrible experience in trying to have my account closed. I was a member for 2 years and moved I forgot to cancel my account before i left. I called to cancel the person said to mail in a letter requesting they cancel. #1 this is annoying #2 after sending the letter in they would not cancel "the owner said he never got it.
