I have fitness 19 membership I really like it here, the only thing (A/C) Its always hot specially in the little room (leg room) Today i met a girl saying it was hot & i totally agree with her. Other than that is a really good gym and the guys and girls at the front desk/trainers are super nice 💯💯🙏
My wife went to this location in hopes of trying the 3 day pass at this location. She was met with hostile "sales" reps and were told she would not be allowed due to not having a "local" ID. They stated that an Irvine address was not "local" enough and she would be forced to pay the 20$ day fee or enroll in membership. This was "policy" and the manager would enforce what was said to her as well. They of-course hide this "local" policy in fine print without describing what "local" actually is.
Came in to join when I just got to the area. Was told I had 30 days to cancel without paying. Signed up. Ended up moving an hour and a half away, so needed to cancel. 30 days was a lie. Its 5 days. I had to pay full amount for a gym membership I can't even use anymore because Im not driving an hour and a half to use it. Had to pay full to cancel after having the membership for like 12-13 days. I have been coming to Fitness 19 in West Covina for about 4 years now. This location has been great. The employees are awesome. The location is always clean. I would 100% recommend coming to this gym.
