Nice local gym. Good selection of equipment and classes, if that's what you are interested in. Great for Silver Sneakers. Took out first class today, was lots of fun and work. Not much in the way of extras, no locker room, pool, but that's fine.
it has a nice family atmosphere it just doesn't have showers ... and the equipment is a little dated
Updating my review…. The air conditioner system is replaced and working well. The gun is clean, always and staff are friendly. I have been a member of this gym for a very long time. Pam is also the best and will go out of her way to accommodate guest. She listens to suggestions and makes sure the gym is stacked up it’s the best equipment.
