Most days at least 25% of treadmills are non functional. And ditto on the oppressive humidity. No towel service. Self disinfect equipment. While the abundance of staff seems to have nothing to do.
Clean
This gym is great but what has made it even more awesome is the wonderful customer service. The front desk lady, Gabby has made my experience the best. She is attentive, professional and very warming every time I go in. She is a positive addition to this gym.
Gabby and Bella are amazing!!! They were so welcoming at the front desk and made the check in process so easy! They are always so fun and energetic and they are part of the reason I love coming here!
Fitness 19 San Bruno is very clean and a nice gym. Highly recommend!
