I just want to give a shoutout to Liana. I have had a few trainers in my time but never vibed with anyone. Liana is down to earth but kicked my ass. Best workouts I’ve ever had. The reason I write this.. for the past couple of days people have been telling me that I look good. I realize that this is because of Liana. Thank you Liana!

This gym is unlike no other. The staff is super nice and they help you work out what you need to. One person stood out and that was Liana. She welcomed me with open arms and she made me feel comfortable with the workouts I was doing. Shoutout to her for doing her big one.
My trainer Liana at Fitness 19 is amazing! She's friendly and motivates me to always try my best. I've seen great results so far from not only working out with her but by checking in with me every day, I've been able to stay on track with my nutrition. The other workers at the gym are also welcoming and very friendly. Great gym overall!
