This gym is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful! The location has a great view of the lake with a newly turfed patio that overlooks the lake. This gym has tons of new equipment for a great price.
Just checked out this club and I wanted to say how everyone was friend and how clean it was! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
This gym lies about what you will pay! They overcharge you and they overcharged me for cancelling for three months and made me pay cancellation fee.
I have been a Fitness 19 member since Jan 2017. I started going to Fitness 19 in San Mateo back in March 2017 and I was, as you can say, spoiled there. The atmosphere is so motivating, the staff are very welcoming and the Manager Raul is very helpful and makes you feel as part of the team. There's always a good vibe when I walked into the door. I just joined this gym a month ago and I love it! I'm a local in San clemente and this place is easy to get to and convenient. The staff is always very welcoming, friendly and helpful whenever I come in or need something. The remodel is great and the place is clean which is very important to me. The price is very fair and affordable, I definitely recommend it.
horrible experience in trying to have my account closed. I was a member for 2 years and moved I forgot to cancel my account before i left. I called to cancel the person said to mail in a letter requesting they cancel. #1 this is annoying #2 after sending the letter in they would not cancel "the owner said he never got it. I had to do a charge back i got a months worth of member ship back but now they keep charging me. This company can keep charging you even if you change your number or that card is expired. BEWARE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. We provided them with a written request to cancel our gym membership on 07/17/2015. We were charged an additional monthly fee on 08/15/2015. When we went in we were told that only the manager 'Jeff' was allowed to reverse charges and he didn't work on the weekends. When we spoke with the manager 'Jeff' he was very rude and stated that since we gave a 28 day notice and not a 30 day notice he would not give us a refund. WHO RUNS THEIR BUSINESS IN THIS WAY??
