They make it impossible to cancel your membership, i have a open agreement contract as well as auto renewal off, and they keep tryna charge my card every other week adding feeds
Horrible Service. They make it impossible to cancel your membership and they will just keep charging you over and over. I had an open membership (no contract) and auto-renewal OFF and they are still trying to charge me and even claiming to take legal action? Legal action for you taking my money? right. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE
Very good gym.
The gym prices are reasonable, but the sanitary conditions are appalling. I plan to shower after my work out and go straight to work, but when I stepped into the restroom, I was hit by the stretch of urine and saw trash: diaper, water bottle on the shower floor, I even asked the front desk staff to check if a homeless person was sleeping there she went in there, but 30 minutes later after I finished my workout, the mess and the smell was still there, it is truly gross.
