I went to the gym today and saw that the gym sign had been removed. I didn't receive any notification email. Does anyone know where to contact to cancel the membership and get a refund?

I started a gym membership not too long ago. Great gym and everything but I had received an email that my membership got transferred to Curl fitness and I have to drive all the way to Westminster, mind you I live in Buena Park that is a 25-30min drive. It’s too long of a commute for me. I need to cancel my membership and i need a refund. Thank you.
It was a great place to work out near my work. Ray was very friendly and helpful.
