They have been charging my account twice a month and when I called and asked why! They said its a late fee because their automated system didn't go through on the day it was supposed too. Sounds like a bunch of bs to me I was so upset I tried canceling and they said I couldnt cancel over the phone and that I still have to pay next month and that it wouldn't cancel until February! Why the heck did I pay first and last month when I signed up!!
