This is an excellent fitness center. The equipment is well maintained. It doesn't have water facilities (e.g. pool, showers, jacuzzi), but lots of other ways to work out.

Great gym! Affordable membership, friendly staff, clean facility, and has plenty of classes. I agree that staff are often seen clustered in a group talking and it's hit or miss if the check-in desk will have someone there at all times, but we've never had to wait long for help. Overall ADA/wheelchair friendly but could use a few imrpovements in that area. I just took a spin class with Marie who provided excellent descriptive lead-ins, prompts on RPM, timely countdowns and encouragement throughout the workout. Before we started, she saw I was new to her class. Marie introduced herself and took the time to check that my bike was fitted correctly and noted my shoes, right for spin. I appreciate that extra care. Great instructor, great workout! I'm not a regular at this location, but have found it to be welcoming and clean, with plenty of space and a good vibe.

Pro: they offer a ton of classes, staff are friendly and space is fairly clean! I have the lifetime membership and have been to a ton of fitness19 locations in the Bay and this one is one of the better maintained sites. Con: wifi is slow or just terrible in general, especially when everyone is on their phones. That area in general can be a data wasteland so even when I try to not use their wifi there is hardly any signal.
