I’ve been a member at this gym for about 3 months and signed up under one of their membership deals back in August. I canceled my membership on July 27th, and when I attempted to go back to the gym recently, I realized I was no longer logged into their app (which is used to scan in). Disappointing Membership Sign-Up Experience. I recently visited this gym with the intention of signing up for a membership. I must commend manager Austin on the excellent condition of the facility; it's clear the gym is well-maintained. However, the sign-up process was so unprofessional and misleading that I ultimately chose to walk away and not join. My decision was based on two serious issues with the staff member, Jack: 1. Seriously- don't be lured into this place by the low price- it's not worth the headache. The gym is seriously disgusting- there was a used floss pick under the leg press machine for over a month! If the floor of the gym is that disgusting, imagine how nasty the bathrooms are. Rather than cleaning you'll see the few employees working here sitting on their phones at the front. Hours are terrible, especially on the weekend. They make cancelling extremely difficult- and the cancel page will throw web errors at you. Then they wil... read more

I can’t say enough positive things about Fitness 19 in Dublin, CA… From the minute, I walked into the gym to discuss membership options to my daily check-ins, every staff member is positive, helpful and friendly. If I ever need assistance, including navigating the app, everybody is extremely helpful. The gym, equipment, machines, and locker rooms are clean. One of my favorite things is the wide range of group fitness classes. Join today! “It will do your body good”!!!
