The membership fees and cancellation policy are extremely frustrating. I was particularly disappointed to find out that they charge you just to cancel your membership, on top of the other fees associated with the membership. I find this policy completely unreasonable. Customers should not be hit with additional charges simply for trying to end a membership, especially when these fees aren't made sufficiently clear upfront. The lady’s in the front desk don’t wanna do their job. They ask if you really need a tour & if you say yes they make it VERY obvious with an abnoxious SIGH that they don’t want to give you one. Specifically the girl that’s been there at night time lately with black hair. It couldn’t be anymore expressed with EVERYTHING she does how much of a bad mood she’s in & how much she does not want to be there.
