This place is shady and terrible. I froze my account for what I understood to be an indefinite period, because I work out in the pool and run in the Summer which means I do not need an indoor gym during those months. I got a notice saying I have been charged for this month and when I called they were no help and I now have to pay, even though I did not use the gym and I was told that I would not have to pay until I come back.
