I just visited this gym today with my niece and the GM Rick greeted us first. I let him know we had just came from their competitors gym as we are seeking to join and we discussed the differences between their competition across the street. One big difference was not having to sign up for classes to attend them. I let him know that I was impressed by how clean their facility is. Been going to this gym 3 years. It is a decent gym for the price, but it takes an act of congress to get maintenance done. The more you look, the more you see the signs of neglect.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym, especially the childcare. The staff does an amazing job creating a clean, safe, and well-supervised space for kids, which allows me to actually enjoy my time there. Having the ability to work out or use amenities like red light therapy, hydro massage, or tanning while my kids are cared for has made such a positive impact on my mental health. This gym truly supports parents!!
