My wife and I stopped by to check out Fitness 1440 and Julia gave us a tour of the facility. She was absolutely amazing so we signed right up. Everyone has been very nice and helpful but have to give a big shoutout to Julia. Thank you for your time and patience with us and our questions.
One of the cleanest gyms in Middle Tennessee. Trainers are awesome here, gym-goers are welcoming to those who are just starting their fitness journey. I’d recommend checking it out!
Best gym north of Nashville. The staff is absolutely fantastic and I’ve never visited a cleaner facility. The recovery options are top tier. 5 star gym
