As much as I hate to say this... The place has closed down. No equipment in the place at all. Maybe relocating????
Great gym setup and jn a quiet location.
They have trainers to help you understand what machines to use what weights to get the best results. I don't think they have showers
This gym is nice and low key. But the billing here is garbage. I had called roughly 6 months ago to cancel my membership as I was moving and was told no problem. I didnt even realize they kept charging me each month and when I called their billing they told me that no we handle cancellations. They have no sense of how to handle billing issues. The rep I spoke with said it doesn't matter what I was told, they have to have written request. They should really talk to their billing and get on the same page.
