This gym is run very smoothly and the manager puts so much care into everything, I had to ask if she was the manager or the owner. I would highly recommend this gym.
Local gym for those that live in the Coventry area, love that its open 24/7, Staff has been very friendly.
Very clean, wonderful staff and great array of equipment! I very much enjoy coming here in the morning! It’s awesome that it is open 24 hours too! It’s also nice and spread out so no one is on top of each other!
Staff is always super helpful and friendly, gym and facilities are clean, sauna is AMAZING. Tammy bed is an added bonus. Great deals for family membership /(kids) too. Plenty of parking and love the 24 hr access too! 😊
This was my first time joining a 24hr gym and I like the flexibility that offers in case I need it. It's never overly crowded, equipment is almost always accessible, and staff is friendly. It's also about 7 minutes from my house so, winning! Will be a life time member here for sure.
