Very clean, wonderful staff and great array of equipment! I very much enjoy coming here in the morning! It’s awesome that it is open 24 hours too! It’s also nice and spread out so no one is on top of each other!
Staff is always super helpful and friendly, gym and facilities are clean, sauna is AMAZING. Tammy bed is an added bonus. Great deals for family membership /(kids) too. Plenty of parking and love the 24 hr access too! 😊
This was my first time joining a 24hr gym and I like the flexibility that offers in case I need it. It's never overly crowded, equipment is almost always accessible, and staff is friendly. It's also about 7 minutes from my house so, winning! Will be a life time member here for sure.

Awesome gym! Great up to date equipment and free weights! Kate the manager is knowledgeable and knows EVERYONE. If you sign up just for the free tanning you come out ahead! And then there’s my happy place! The free sauna!!! Best gym I’ve ever joined! Tell Kate Bill sent you!!!
