IRON HOUSE is a great facility for those who are serious about building their physique. I like its 24-7 access and its array of unique machines that are rarely found in the large chain gyms. Iron House now has a Red Light Therapy booth which could be valuable and some say, energizing. Some of the members have phenomenal builds that are inspirational if you need to see your own possibilities. I'd recommend having your own music however as the club's sounds might not be to your taste.
Been a member since day 1 (MVB).. Iron House is home. The 45min commute is worth it. Members are like minded different but we all with the same goal: to get better. Every one is focused on their goals and actually working! And I love the gym atmosphere: judgement free, positive, uplifting and inspiring. Equipment is top tier and ownership is always making improvements 🤌🏼
I’ve been working out here since 2022. Let me tell you guys something they got the best equipment in Jacksonville and they are open 24/7 all day everyday.
Ironhouse is my favorite bodybuilding gym in Jax. Great equipment and staff.
