This gym is a great place to work out and stay motivated. The facility is clean, spacious, and equipped with a variety of modern machines for different workouts. The trainers are friendly, supportive, and always willing to offer helpful advice. I enjoy the positive and energetic atmosphere here. It’s a perfect place for anyone who wants to stay healthy and reach their fitness goals.
In late October, I found out through my insurance I can join any gym that I want and they pick up the tab. I live about a 15 minute walk away from Fitness 1440 gym and decided to give it a try first. If you’re looking for some kind of flashy gym with bright, yellow and purple, treadmills and loud music, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a gym that has great equipment, good selection of machines, weights, free weights and cardio machines then you will like this place. The owners keep this place VERY clean.
