In late October, I found out through my insurance I can join any gym that I want and they pick up the tab. I live about a 15 minute walk away from Fitness 1440 gym and decided to give it a try first. If you’re looking for some kind of flashy gym with bright, yellow and purple, treadmills and loud music, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a gym that has great equipment, good selection of machines, weights, free weights and cardio machines then you will like this place. The owners keep this place VERY clean. VERY clean gym with excellent working equipment and scan code entrance. Cardio, weights, machines, and battleropes! Locker room is cleaned regularly, esp showers. Staff is limited, but times present are posted. No sauna.
