Cancellation process is trash!!! Don’t go here
I have been a member for 3+ years using the lockers provided. I locked my items in the same locker the entire time. Ownership cut my lock off and left my belonging out without any notice. No sign, email, or announcement to members. Ownership told a trainer to let me know they would contact me in a couple weeks when in town. Love the trainers and location of the gym but management/ownership are terrible and I will be looking elsewhere and would recommend the same to others. Why don’t you guys stop screwing people over when they cancel their memberships?!!! You guys straight up lie to people, Saline in particular. A membership was cancelled in 2023 and you’ve been charging ever since. This is completely unprofessional and stealing. Beware, the manager straight up admits her employees don’t do what they are supposed to do. This is on a recorded line. I encourage people to go elsewhere.
