I really enjoyed my time at this gym but my one complaint is how difficult it has been to stop/cancel my membership. I have tried numerous times to call/email and in person visits (with no staff member being available) to cancel my membership due to moving. This would be a 5 star review if this issue was resolved, the process has been so frustrating.
I love this gym. I like the variety of equipment that they have. I like the access to the open room when classes are not in session, to do my own private exercises. Exercises everyone is friendly and respectful.
