tried canceling my account several times and was not canceled not it went to collections.
This place is nothing but a rip off. I went in and tried to cancel several times and it did not work. They kept taking it out of my paycheck and when I switch my debit card they turned it over to collections. The staff has no clue to what they are doing.

Started great and went downhill fast. The bathroom is trashed and dirty, and saunas are closed, management needs to be replaced ASAP.
Spa area needs to be fixed. Equipment needs repaired. Staff is horrible at keeping the hand sanitizer dispensers refilled. Housekeeping is lacking.
