The owners are amazing & they offer group fitness classes AND a sauna which other fitness 1440 locations don’t! Also in a good location & it’s never crowded. I would definitely have to say this is the best gym in Buford for sure
A great gym 🏋️♂️ 💪. I love it so much that I now teach Chair Yoga every Saturday at 8:30am. Come by and join us.
The sauna is a huge plus for me. After a heavy lifting session, there’s nothing better than relaxing in there for a bit. For the price of the membership, you really get a lot of value compared to other places in the area.
This gym is good for any personal experience. High level quality & beginner spots to Love and enjoy. Good atmosphere
