April, 2026 Just a quick update after my review from 2 years ago. Since last writing, this amazing gym is now owned solely by Dave & Jaime, a husband & wife team who are dedicated to providing a clean, local, family gym with well maintained equipment & a pleasant atmosphere for working out. They are present owners, not only investing money but also their time to make this gym better & better. The owners are amazing & they offer group fitness classes AND a sauna which other fitness 1440 locations don’t! Also in a good location & it’s never crowded. I would definitely have to say this is the best gym in Buford for sure
A great gym 🏋️♂️ 💪. I love it so much that I now teach Chair Yoga every Saturday at 8:30am. Come by and join us.
The sauna is a huge plus for me. After a heavy lifting session, there’s nothing better than relaxing in there for a bit. For the price of the membership, you really get a lot of value compared to other places in the area.
