Pretty good gym. There is actually a lot of space to work out. The manager is pretty cool and helpful. i would recommend this gym. After being there for a while, i still like it. The staff is nice, and the machines are in good condition. i have been recommending this gym for a while.

What a great gym. Clean, well lit, and all equipment is up to date and in perfect condition. I was able to contact the owner Alyssa while I was in town on vacation. She promptly returned my call and came down to meet me at 9:00am on a Sunday so I could workout. If your looking for a place to start your new or continued health journey, I would highly recommend Fitness 14!!
