My friend introduced me to Fitnatik because they had a battle of the Bestie challenge. I was excited because I love a friendly competition, but I also wanted to start working on my fitness goals and focus on health and wellness so I thought it would be a great opportunity to try it. Once the challenge ended, I decided to join. Derek and Autumn always push me to do better and the environment is incredible. Everyone is so supportive and I’ve noticed a difference in my health. I don’t think I would ever wanna leave this gym.

Ya know how you’ve been in a meeting, or some other type of corporate situation and they’re like, “We’re a family here,” and your eyes roll so far back in your head you see yesterday? Fitnatik has been the absolute best decision we’ve made in a very long time! It is legitimately a life changing experience. My goal was to get back on track, both from a fitness and nutrition perspective, before turning 40; Derek and Autumn have helped me achieve that goal! 💪🏼

So much to say! Love everything about Fitnatik, the coaching, encouragement, the push when I need it most. My only regret is recognizing this really was the change I needed and wish I would’ve started sooner!
