Autumn and Derek are such a great team. The nutrition counseling and workouts go together really well. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend for anyone to achieve their fitness goals

Amazing group training gym! The classes are fun and really push you. Derek and Autumn are both fantastic and genuinely care about their customers. As a member, they cover everything including personalized nutrition and they really help people at any level of fitness. Everyone there is very supportive of each other, it's an extremely comfortable environment. I've only been a member for 3 weeks but I already feel so much better! I highly recommend checking this gym out!

I have never been one for group fitness classes or anything like that. I came for two days and realized that FitNatik’s environment would hold me accountable better than I ever could alone. A lot of people talk about how expensive it is but when considering my health, it’s worth it. Derek and Autumn are great about positive support with accountability. It makes you want to strive harder and be more fit. I don’t regret signing up at all.

Fitnatik has completely transformed my preference on working out! This is all challenging, motivating, and fun with a family feel vibe. Autumn's and Derek's energy is so contagious and they GENUINELY care about your individual goals. This place is definitely worth checking out, you will never look back!

WOW. All my years of sports and training do not hold a candle to the overall body, mind and soul experience of the Fitnatik family. Our coaches Derek and Autumn, guide us to a better you/us as a person through strength training and nutrition. A better version of ourselves for our friends and family but most of all for you.
