Classes at Fit Movement offer lots of variety and you get your workout with Charles. I have been working out with him for almost 15 years and he always puts 100% effort I to ensuring that the classes are high energy and routines are flexible and change so that you get all the muscle groups in. Highly recommend trying the boot camp sessions out and other classes. Gym is clean, spacious, free parking and I always enjoy seeing the regular class members!
