I love being able to go at anytime during our Silver Sneakers hours and finding most machines open. If you are doing chest, say and the bench press isn't open, it's likely that something else is. The staff is totally welcoming and I really appreciate a quick tip or two from them. Only suggestion: increase the hours for Silver Sneakers members and open it up for the weekend also.
I appreciate the ease of working out here. The staff is great when I need some direction. Good equipment I like that this isn’t a gym just for jocks.
The staff knows you after 1 visit and is willing to help you in improving your routine.
