I'm a silver sneakers member. i don't mean much, just a treadmill.And every comic bike, and maybe a place to do some very light weights. i typically go anywhere between two and five times a week. i don't do classes or individual sessions.I just want to get in and do my thing and leave. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Great place to workout! I've been a member of the YMCA, tried other places for strength training, and FINALLY found the perfect place for me. The staff is super friendly, the place is clean, and has everything I need for cardio and/ or strength training. I would choose FitMe every day over a larger or big chain workout facility!

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Here are a few: The staff are not only friendly and welcoming, they are knowledgeable and helpful in all areas of health, fitness, and overall wellness. They greet everyone by name. Great gym, not pretentious, friendly vibes. Clean equipment and bathrooms, friendly staff. Recommend the personal training to build your skills and capabilities faster and more effectively than you ever could on your own.
