Great service! Had a problem with our pool heater and Ray knew right away what the problem was. Emailed us instructions for the fix and the problem was solved in 10 minutes.
Fantastic water therapy at home in the winter! I have been impressed with Fitmax, both the product and the customer service, for several years now. The Ipool is well-constructed, and the Deluxe pump and heater set are still working as well as when they were new. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, the Fitmax folks were quick to respond. I love my ipool!!! I have always wanted a lap pool and this is the perfect solution. It’s compact enough to put just about anywhere. The construction is very good. It comes with a really thick heavy duty liner. I was worried about using chlorine because my skin is very sensitive to it but you really don’t need a lot to keep levels in the proper range. I highly recommend looking into the ipool if you want some nice aquatic therapy. Ray is awesome and very responsive to all of your questions and concerns.
I purchased my Fitmax I in 2022 and filled it in July 2022. I have used the pool almost every day for 40 minutes a day since assembling it. The design of the pool is very good and the liner seems to be high quality, although I have had bleaching and discoloration from chemicals. Metal pieces are getting rusty, which is to be expected. In Hawaii, I have found the water very challenging to keep algae free, having no experience maintaining a pool. Customer service has gone way down hill since bought 6 years ago. Asked for some parts be sent and was told to call a different number and got no answer. Took it to the dump.
