The staff was amazing! Thank you so much Alivia and Martha for helping my roommate and I tour and complete the application process. The apartments are classic and cute with all the amenities you need and want! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the area!

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. The problems started even before I moved in. When they showed me the apartment, I was promised that several issues would be fixed before my move-in date, but when I arrived, nothing had been properly addressed. I submitted maintenance requests from the very first day, and weeks — even months — went by without real solutions. Cornelius Davis, the assistant property manager, absolutely exceeded expectations! He was super helpful throughout the entire moving process, making sure everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. It's clear he's passionate about his job and truly cares about helping others. He got everything done efficiently while maintaining top-notch professionalism. Highly recommend working with him!
