Fitness training classes are customized to challenge me and consider my limitations. Variety of cardio, weights, stretching, intervals, etc. keeps class from getting boring. Kat is also keeps a close eye on form so I don't get injured. Friday stretch classes are a relaxing hour that has a fluid feel to it with Kat relaxed unhurried instructions.
Kat works with me on stretch therapy. Love it! I look forward to every appointment.
I love Kat’s classes. She is always good about making things work so I can join online when I can. I love her LifeStretch class on Fridays, when I can make it, it is the perfect way to end a week of tough workouts!!! I would highly recommend Kat’s classes - both in studio and online - she modifies her workouts for every fitness level and provides an open and supportive environment to all who attend her classes!
Kat is an amazing certified trainer. She does an excellent job with knowing when and how to modify exercises for each individual. Her stretch classes are also amazing! I would recommend checking this gym out! There is personal training, classes, groups. Kat also does a fabulous job with her fascial stretch therapy. I see her regularly and it helps tremendously! I highly recommend her!
I have been training with Kat since they opened and every class is always different using a variety of equipment and exercises! Love this studio!!💪😊
