This food is tasty for meal prep, and relatively healthy but my complaint is on the labels and portions and macros- not taste. I got the large portion bourbon chicken- the label states 73g protein- how? It/ pretty much just chicken and rice, I actually measured the chicken after heating and it was just shy of a cup, so I was either ripped off of half of the meat/protein or their labels are seriously off. Love Fitlife! Been coming here on and off since 2018 and their food is always fresh and tasty. I recently starting ordering all my meals from here and the consistency is on point. Everyone is friendly who works at the Winter Park location and the food is not greasy, delicious, and mindful of calories/ingredients. The only thing I would suggest for improving is using different oils that are cleaner, but otherwise I'm a happy customer. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
