Beautiful gym. Very clean and the staff are very helpful. Every machine or equipment you could possibly need and not overly crowded. Bathrooms are spotless and sauna are spotless. 10/10! Would recommend!
Great gym great experience I have the great experience with the workers there’s no any other gym then FitLife!! I also had a little situation with my credit card and they were cool about it and made it work out
The lifting equipment and cleanliness of most of the gym is top notch so if that's all you're interested in, then this gym is for you. Unfortunately the Sauna's here, while well built and fitting about 6-7 people seated, don't really have their own rules enforced. Sign on the sauna door says no shoes for cleanliness reasons, and every single gentleman who walked in walked in with full sweaty shirt, pants/shorts, socks, and shoes. Update : Two years later and still here going strong. This gym continuously updates the equipment and the staff is all still here. Well those who haven't moved over to the West Islip location, which I am sure is just as amazing. All staff old and new, super friendly and helpful. This is by far the most welcoming gym I have ever worked out at. I have been going to gyms for over 20 years, along with working out at home and have not regretted joining this gym three months ago.
