Training with Alex at Makin Health and Fitness Studio in Woy Woy has been amazing. She put together a program that really suited me and helped me build muscle and get stronger in a way that actually worked. Alex is so approachable, encouraging, and really knows her stuff. I always felt comfortable asking questions, and she kept me motivated the whole way through. I’ve loved training with her and have seen such great progress! 🫶🏼
