I joined Fitletic around 6 months ago looking for a new style of training to get the enjoyment and passion for it back and I could not have picked a better place. This truly is a place where every woman is welcome. Work outs are fun, varied and challenging but also can be tailored to your skill level, injuries or returning from illness and all without it being a big deal which I especially love. I have been with Fitletic from the start and have honestly never been around such a positive and supportive bunch of women ever! Everyone is always there to cheer you on and each session is never short on laughs! Melia and Ash have supported me through pregnancy and now post partum and nothing is ever too much they are always happy to cater to your fitness and abilities/injuries! Will always highly recommend!

Fitletic studio is the best form of training I have ever done! If it wasn’t for Melia, and her encouragement I would probably still be walking on a treadmill daily, not realising my own strengths and abilities within the gym! Fitletic gives you so much! A Great variety of workouts, but at the same time fun and laughter amongst an amazing group of ladies! Thank you so much xxx
