I go every Sunday to the SheLift Class coached by Jamie. It’s a great class. I’m learning so much and the team offer a holistic approach looking at my health, weight, fitness goals etc. I couldn’t be happier. 🥳
Loved the protein ball treats and drinks from The Good Juice! Lovely modern space and good atmosphere - huge thanks to Bee for showing us around and her positive energy! Would highly reccomend!
love coming here been coming for nearly a year for my training with my PT Jasmine she’s the best. Everyone here is lovely the staff and the members so welcoming always good vibes. Honestly the best decision I made! Fitlab23 is everything I could have asked for plus more! It’s no ordinary gym it’s a community that actually give a sh!t!! It’s intimate, fun, classes are motivating and make you push yourself, the music is always on point and above all the coach’s and owners are like my family! I appreciate everything they do for me!
Fitlab23 has such a friendly, community atmosphere, where you know everyone by name. The app makes booking classes and managing your membership easy. Classes are intense but the vibe is so motivating, you can’t help but give it your all every time!
