I don't know where to begin with my praise of this studio and its instructors because I frankly cannot say enough good things. My Pilates practice with Cilla has transformed the way I walk, move, and breathe. I can't recommend Fitlab Pilates enough! I used to take pilates classes frequently and enjoyed it so much, but I ended up moving and eventually found myself unable to find a studio that I clicked well with....until I found Fitlab. The environment, community and staff are very warm and welcoming upon entrance. The studio is beautiful, clean and spacious. Thanks to Kate and her amazing team including Cilla and Angie at FitLab, my physical condition feels better at 44 than in the previous 20 years. I’m forever grateful for their expertise and kindness in showing me how much Pilates could restore and improve my mobility, stability and strength, and enhance surfing, snowboarding, and even just living with better posture, and less back pain and discomfort.
