I'm doing some private sessions with Kate and Sherry and so far the experience has been wonderful. The ladies are super kind, they explain things so you'll understand and they take their time. The studio is welcoming, very clean and quiet.
I don't know where to begin with my praise of this studio and its instructors because I frankly cannot say enough good things. My Pilates practice with Cilla has transformed the way I walk, move, and breathe. I can't recommend Fitlab Pilates enough! I used to take pilates classes frequently and enjoyed it so much, but I ended up moving and eventually found myself unable to find a studio that I clicked well with....until I found Fitlab.
