I would like to thank everyone for bringing the morning classes back in Nashua. I think that they are amazing. Not only do you get a full body workout, but being in a group environment is so fun and motivating. Let’s work to bring up the attendance. Once you take a few classes you will be hooked. Great gym, kenny and his staff were very helpful
I love this gym, Kenny helps me with my ramp program and I’ve never felt stronger! Highly recommend for anyone! All classes included, custom workout programs, and the friendliest staff!
