I love the new matrix equipment they have installed on the main floor. Plenty of options to pick from.

I have been so impressed with this gym. I got a trial membership and every step of the way I was waiting for the sleazy sales pitch that a lot of gyms offer with their free trials but it never came. Everyone who works here (I've been to this location and Nashua) has been awesome. Overall, the environment has felt so warm and welcoming. I'm not in the best of shape due to a back injury, but I haven't felt like anyone was judging me for it at all. I wish they had a spin bike in Milford so I didn't have to go to Nashua for it, ... read more
Decent gym, with very friendly staff. Only down side is some of their equipment is a bit old/worn and a little limited, otherwise no complaints.
