I’ve been working out at the FitLab in Milford for a couple years now. Unfortunately, this location recently hired a young man named Owen. On numerous occasions was he rude, dismissive, and disrespectful to me when I have questions about the gym/equipment. The service has really gone down hill, as well as the cleanliness, and I can no longer say I recommend this gym.
I was quite impressed with the staff there. They answered all the questions i had in a patient manner. The woman's only room is perfect for those days, i had a little anxiety going to the gym. I felt very comfortable with leaving my child in the daycare. Very clean, and comfortable for sure!
Have been working out at this Fitlab for a couple years now. The gym is always clean & has just about everything anyone could need to accomplish a solid work out. After years of working out on my own, I decided to start working with a trainer to really reach my full potential. I’m so glad I did. My coach Marty has helped me to dramatically improve my body composition, athleticism, and confidence all in less than 2 months. If you are going to invest in your health/fitness/a trainer, I highly recommend consulting with Marty!!
Great gym with everything you need. Having 24 hour access is crucial and the management is top notch!
