Been a member of this gym since 2013, used personal training for a year or so as well. The trainers are great and staff is typically helpful and very friendly. Goffstown location size wise is probably fair for the population. The only real complaint I have is that the equipment is either too old that it can’t be properly maintained or there is a lack of caring. I also had an issue with canceling my membership. I signed up earlier this summer and at that time was never told the cancellation policy. I knew I was moving 90 minutes away in November . Had I been informed that I couldn't cancel any time I wouldn't have signed up. As I moved in with my significant other I had no proof of address in writing. He pays all the utilities. I sent them a copy of my car registration and that wasn't good enough. I had to go get a new driver's license in order to cancel. It was a huge inconvenience... read more
