We went here for a drop in after arriving in Melbourne and had a great time! We felt welcomed right away. People are lovely, class was super fun and we'd definitely come back anytime! Thanks for having us

FitLab is a special place. Its welcoming community and incredibly knowledgeable trainers create an atmosphere of safety and trust. During my time there, I learned so much about proper posture, technique, and recovery, and I felt my fitness improving rapidly in a sustainable, healthy way. At FitLab 3000 Steve Hennessy-Maia and his amazing coaches have created an environment that is welcoming, supportive, inspiring, challenging and surprisingly fun. Having tried various exercise styles including martial arts, gym memberships and personal trainers over the years it was time for something fresh. I joined FitLab – CrossFit 3000 in January and it’s been an incredible experience. The whole coaching team is amazing — supportive, knowledgeable, and always bringing great energy. Special thanks to Coach Toby, who I’ve trained with nearly every 6am session — always pushing and motivating in the best way. Also big shout-out to Steve for his constant support. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
