Great gym, great programming, great community and great coaches. I did a few drop-in’s whilst in Melbourne for work and really enjoyed the few mornings I trained there. The coaches were helpful, professional and very friendly and the community was very welcoming. A great experience, I will definitely be back when I’m in the area next.
While on holiday in Melbourne I dropped in for the Saturday morning class. Coach Steve and the Fit lab members was very friendly and welcoming. Fit Lab is very well facilitated and the equipments was also well maintained. I even dropped in for another weekday session before heading back home! There team was very responsive on Instagram. Registration was also fast and simple

The best CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. Highly skilled coaches, an amazing community, very well equipped, great vibe, excellent variety of workouts, and top quality equipment. Steve is a legend! Gonna be back soon
As a complete beginner who felt pretty intimidated by weight training, I couldn’t have asked for a better gym. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, as are the other trainers, always taking time to explain things & make sure I feel comfortable. The whole culture is friendly & supportive. I’m feeling the results & actually enjoying the process!
