Three months ago I chose Fitlab 3000 out of all the other gyms around because it’s had good reviews. And now three months later I am leaving a review of my own. When joining back in January I had no idea what CrossFit will be like. All I knew is that it will be hard and will push me past my limits. Exactly what I needed and wanted at the time(still do). It's hard to sum up the Fitlab experience in a Google review - words just don't do it justice! From day one, the coaches have been incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me to move well and build strength, along with providing a gentle nudge when needed. As an added bonus, the Fitlab community are a delight to train alongside. The camaraderie that Steve and the team have fostered here make it feel pretty special to be a part of. Book that first session, you won't look back.
Awesome Crossfit gym. Great for a drop in, excellent set up and fantastic coaches.
I trained at Fitlab to prepare for my first Hyrox race. I enjoyed every sessions, the coaches were very supportive and had a structured plan to get ready for the race. I ended up doing much better at the race than I was originally expecting! Thank you Fitlab and all the great community!
I work in Melbourne 3 days a week and attend the morning sessions. The team has a great community spirit and the trainers are very professional. Steve contacted my trainers in Sydney, where i crossfit two days per week, to get info on my training from my trainers there to make sure I was training conistantly between the two boxes. Very impressed wuth the professionalism. If you are looking for a great place to get your fitness going, I recomend giving fitlab a go.
