Noel is Great. He provides excellent service to each client, tailoring the workout regimen to the individual client’s needs. He works with you, motivates and pushes you to complete each session, without being a drill sergeant. Noel constantly checks in with his clients, and makes adjustments to their needs considering where the client is in their health and fitness journey. Noel’s motivation is to mold his clients to cultivate health and fitness as a lifestyle change and not just looking fit.
