I’m an older lady- well past retirement- and Noel was gentle with me yet he pushed me to do more. I have truly enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him for anyone - regardless of age or ability- who desires to get fit.

Noel has worked with my teen for a couple of years now. He always has thoughtful workouts that stress the importance of form and consistently makes gains in strength and flexibility.

We've had the pleasure of working with Coach Noel for a few months now, and it's made a huge difference for my daughter, who plays travel sports. He's incredibly knowledgeable and clearly puts thought into every session — a good mix of skill work, conditioning, and strength training, never just the same routine over and over. He's also really attentive to form, which I appreciate since that's often the first thing that gets overlooked. My wife and I met with Noel for four training sessions to develop a home exercise routine. We are in our 60’s and Noel gave us several options to accommodate our ailments. He listened to us and was very kind and motivating throughout our sessions. We were very happy with him and would highly recommend him.
