I’ve been working out here for about 2 years and this is a great place to workout. There is a wide variety of machines and the free weights go up to 140. That staff here is super friendly. If you want to achieve your fitness goals this is the place to train.
I had a membership here for a year, and overall, it was an adequate experience. The staff and owner were always friendly and helpful, readily addressing any questions or concerns I had, which I really appreciated. However, one major downside was the frequency of exercise equipment going out of order. Repairs often took two weeks or more, which was frustrating, especially during busy evening hours.
